2 INGREDIENT PROTEIN PIZZA CRUST .
This recipe just changed my life. Sounds extreme but it's true... I LOVE pizza, it is one of my weaknesses but obviously it isn't the healtiest thing in the world. NOW I can eat pizza much more often. It is cheap, easy, delicious and full of protein!
Crust deets 1 cup of self rising flour (or add 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to normal flour) and 1 cup of plain greek yogurt! Mix together in a bowl and then kneed on a floured surface for about 5 minutes. Coat a pan with olive oil and spread dough into desired shape. Bake at 500° for 5-10 minutes depending on desired crispness on the bottom (I left mine in closer to 10 min) .
