This year, I’ve been full throttle, working crazy hours to create & build a passion project of mine while running my existing bars. It has been a challenging year to say the least but after months of hard work, it’s finally close to being unveiled. I’m beyond excited to introduce to you my next project KAIYŌ, a Japanese & Peruvian (Nikkei) restaurant and cocktail bar!
