I'm still able to enjoy my pizza, go out for drinks, and eat donuts on the weekends and still stay in shape🤗 I'll admit I do binge eat often, and get hard on myself about it cause I "THINK" I messed my whole body up. But I realized a lot and that's not always the case. I'm trying to get better about not thinking that!
