Amandine recently wrote a piece about regenerative agriculture which you can find over on the @littlebirdorganics blog, we have also added the link in our bio. Over the past 80 years, the industrialisation of agriculture, while dramatically improving productivity has come at a high cost to both humans and the environment.
Regenerative agriculture - is a resilient agricultural model based on permaculture design principles for rebuilding ecosystems through rebuilding soil (while still achieving high productivity). Regenerative organic agriculture is the future, representing an opportunity to address food security issues and mitigating climate change impact - and yet regenerative agriculture as rarely discussed as a viable solution. If you would like to find out more, head over to the Little Bird Organics blog.
