Here we have 3 reasons why you should add a nut butter to your breakfast :

Burger and chips from the little vegan festival in Cleethorpes yesterday. Sadly, after waiting 1 hr 30+ for our food, it came out luke warm. ♀️ It was still ok but I think the little cafe that was holding the festival couldn’t cope with the amount of people there. It wasn’t even ridiculously busy! We would have had a much better experience if we had gone to @blondescoffeeshop to be honest but it always nice to see places doing vegan events and we supported the small businesses by buying some brownies, treats and badges.
#iloveyouspring it’s great that I can eat only pants and plan based product to maintain healthy body and mind. Some people say that it is hard to make that choice, but I can honestly say when you have that mind set, and you truly believe that something is not a part of your life or your body and you don’t want to feed off that anymore, everything becomes clearer. I can only say that I wish I have done this before. Of course I was inspired to leave meat and dairy behind by watching many programs, documentaries and campaigns, but what truly inspiration me was my sister @cruel_diamond who have made that choice despise everyone telling her it is a stupid one.
I’m just happy to be healthy and have a less of an negative impact on nature and environment by making this decision. I know that vegan / plant based diet is not an answer to all worlds problems and there are animals and humans who also suffer in some ways through crop/ plant farming, but it’s a start.
