This is the fur of my camel 🐫 in Jordan. 😂 No, I'm joking.
My collegue gave this to me, it's a jacket, brand new, it didn't do anything for her. I'm só going to upcycle this! I smell pompoms, a string cord, nice lining!
When I was in the desert of Wadi Rum 🏜 in Jordan I was horrified when I saw all the rubbish in the sand at some places. I was expecting pure clean sand and not rusted 7-Up and Coca Cola cans (still with those pull-of thingies I haven't seen in almost twenty years!!). And plastic. And plastic. And plastic. Tourists maybe, locals maybe...I don't know. What I do know is that recycling in three different trash bins, straw-awareness or a government that sends those clean-up-and-brush-cars through the streets is not a common sight in Jordan. So, I think all the #reuse, #recycle, #upcycle hashtags we use on IG doesn't make a difference there if the government doesn't change. How can wé do something??
