Over the weekend I gained went up over 300lbs/136kgs to bring my total of 6 pounds/almost 3kilos of a gain in 2 days,Saturday I didn't feel well and was in a "don't care" mood,had nothing to do with my #weightloss just was one of those days that you have no energy,so I helped the wife do Avon stuff past that we ate out at a Chinese/American Buffet.. Yea high #calories #fat and I'm sure lots of #carbohydrates and then some. Anyways that was Saturday and this is Monday going on Tuesday. I started off with just my #Plexs shake a whooping 100 calories and then did about 1/2 mile/ sight bit over 3/4 km at what is about 2.5 mile per hour/4 kph,it was a fast pace. In a 10 minute span speeding it up as I went. My goal is to keep going up as much as I can in that 10 minutes I can,I don't actually have a set pace or target yet because I'm still a concept in design. In time I would like to get rid of this belly and flatten it out. My days are limited just because i work long hours and have a 40 minute drive to and from work. As for now I'm focused on what I've been doing...losing weight!!
