Pork belly eggs benedict with maple, poached eggs, potato emulsion, and baby gems @praytellbar What a great combination ingredients and textures. I enjoyed the crunchiness. I tend to prefer savoury food over sweetness so I thought the maple was just a tad on the heavier side. There was also a but of knife work involved for the toast as it was a bit on the hard side (or the knife was not sharp enough). Overall, it was a well balanced and good tasting dish!
Omg this plantain, apple and bacon hash with a poached egg and thyme just rocked my world. Sauté the first 3 ingredients, deglaze the pan with lillet blanc, add thyme and pop in the oven for a bit. Trust me 🤤🤤🤤👌
