A lot of you have been asking me what I'm doing now that my program is done!! Well you know that even though that program is done, it doesn't mean my journey is done! My goal is to always continue bettering myself and improve my lifestyle! There is never going to be a stopping point for me! Fitness is not a destination!!! I thought about taking time off, but honestly I just do much better when I have something to follow and keep me accountable!
So I'm going back to the program from last summer I loved and got my best results with! It's a 3 week rapid results program with my FAVORITE trainer who I just FREAKING L O V E. Like I honestly think he may be one of the best people on this planet! He brings out a part of me I want to see more of. He pushes me to be better today than I was yesterday. And he challenges me to dig deep and make it more about what's going on in my mind then just my body. Because when your mind changes, the rest will follow.
This program is just phenomenal and I'm doing it with a HUGE group of people + my trainer is personally popping into our group daily to check on us! This program changed me, it changed my life, & my business. I am so pumped to get back at it!!! I'm actually doing 2 rounds of it for 6 weeks total!
I pretty much gave myself a mental break this week and had a food staycation think I got all the food I missed for 94 days out of my craving system!
These were my results from the program last summer! Can't wait to see what my body does this time around!!!
