I will always remember last years 4th of July. - I trained at Anytime Fitness w/ @alex_pouros that session was about 3 hrs. Went home, did my HIIT Cardio and Abs. Alex went down to the lake house, because I told him I’d meet him down there with all the family and buds. (I was gonna do my slow cardio session as a walk after posing to get down there, and I did) But first I posed, and for the first time I passed out. I’ve passed out and puked from training, but I’ve never passed out from a diet. Not sure how long I layed in my basement passed out but I did, and that trend continued on occasion for about two weeks leading into my show. I had to push myself so far to get in shape, I wasn’t sleeping which is normal, I was training 5-6 hours a day and that was that. I couldn’t stand the fact that I had a little bit of fat underneath my glutes. The rest was in, but not that part of my ass. Why do I tell you this story? Well, I was wearing the same outfit today, and I wanted to share how far I’ve come. I’m at a healthy place, and able to complain about my first world problems now . But in all seriousness, push for what you want. There will be a brighter day. Just keep on going. Then through that experience you will be able to smile during occasions that most people would identify as “stressful”. Become a stronger version of who you are today. Keep growing. Physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, every way and everyday.
