Alla fine la mia #pt mi ha consigliato di stare 5 minuti con le gambe alzate poggiate al muro per favorire la circolazione 🤔 sono molto entusiasta di questo nuovo percorso, settimana per settimana posterò i risultati (peso e cm) che spero possano motivare anche voi! 👊

​Following on from the ‘common mistakes females make’ post a while back, here’s the guy version.....

I see this everyday...using poor technique 🤦🏻‍♂️. Work with a professional to get a good, strong technique base to work from. From deadlifts to bicep curls, if you’re form isn’t correct you’re not going to see the best results or you’re putting yourself at risk of injury 🏥.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Another commonly seen spectacle in the gym. Chicken legs 🐓. If you’re not training legs, you’re not getting the huge release of hormones that comes with it. Which in turn, will help your upper body grow too. So start squatting 🏋🏻‍♂️ and reap the benefits.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whether your goal is fat loss or increasing muscle mass, it’s normal to see someone not eating correctly in order to reach that goal. For guys wanting to get bigger, you have to 🍤🍙🍗 EAT!!! 🌯🥚🍠 You’ll also want to minimise fat loss so don’t go and try adding 1000 cals to your diet straight off the bat. Start with a 300 calorie surplus and build from there once you weight starts to plateau 📈.

Showing off or just being a general gym douche 💩, normally in a vest. Get into the gym and concentrate on your weights, reps and technique.

​Coming into the gym and just doing whatever you feel like doing 🤷🏻‍♂️ will have health benefits yes, but in terms of progressive overload it’s pretty useless. Have a programme to follow so you know what you’re doing for each session 📝.

​‘I saw this on YouTube’. Cool bro. You probably shouldn’t do it 🙅🏻‍♂️, because you can’t even bicep curl properly. Focus on getting your big compound lifts stronger, rather than copying something you saw Jay Cutler doing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
​Cardio is important but can be a problem when done too much 🏃‍♂️. Whether in classes or running etc. Have a focus on weight training with cardio as an addition. The same for the other side of the scale. Try adding 1-3 cardio sessions 💦 with your weight training. It will actually help your lifts!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No warm up or cool down 🧘🏻‍♂️. Whether it’s a short cardio burst, static/dynamic stretching or foam rolling. Make sure you’re preparing your body.

Oggi #legday 😣😣 sono distrutta! Vi posto il #workout di oggi:
◾ Riscaldamento + addominali alti / bassi / parallele
◾ Circuito 20 interno coscia / 20 esterno coscia / 15 glutes machine / 2 min cardio (x 4 volte)
◾ Circuito affondi laterali con disco + slanci laterali 30 x 4 volte
◾ 10 min tapis roulant
Ieri ho visto il mio #nutrizionista e ha deciso di farmi cominciare una ricomposizione corporea distinguendo fra giorni #on e #off: negli off proverò il digiuno intermittente! Speriamo vada bene 😍

🍻HOW LIQUIDS CAN MESS UP YOUR DIET🍻

Liquid calories can be sneaky. They increase your total energy intake 📈 and won’t leave you satisfied. You could well think that you’re in a calorie deficit, but you’re not counting liquids and they can easily be the reason why you’re not losing weight 😠!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s not uncommon to consume 800 calories in liquid 🍷🍻🍸🥛. Your food could be on point, but it won’t matter if you’re in a calorie surplus or at maintenance because of liquid calories.

It’s not that they’re ‘bad’ 👺. A liquid calorie is still the same as any other calorie. You just have to be conscious of them and make sure you’re tracking them ✏️!

#postworkout con porridge al cioccolato e biscotti 😍 preparato in 5 minuti e finito in 2 😅 ho usato:
◾30 g fiocchi d'avena
◾80 g latte
◾35 g albume
◾un cucchiaino di cacao amaro
◾un quadratino di cioccolato fondente
◾3 biscotti Galbusera sza ai cereali.
Ho fatto bollire i fiocchi d'avena in 2 bicchieri d'acqua, poi ho aggiunto #latte, #albumi e #cacao, e quando il latte ha iniziato a bollire ho aggiunto il quadratino di cioccolato che si è subito sciolto. 🍫🍫 infine ho sbriciolato i biscotti 😍 per un totale di circa 330 #kcal.

Vi posto il workout di oggi:
◾ Abs alti, bassi, obliqui + iperestensioni a circuito
◾ Pressa 4x12 + glutes machine 4x15 senza pause
◾ Esterno coscia 4x15 + squat 4x15 senza pause
◾ Leg exstension 4x15 (1' rec)
◾ Rematore su panca braccio singolo 4x10 (1' rec)
◾Lat machine dietro 3x12 (1' rec)
◾Alzate laterali 4x10 (1' rec)
◾ 10 min ellittica.

Postworkout assurdamente buono al cioccolato e cocco. Per il pancake:
◾ 60 g latte
◾ un cucchiaino di cacao amaro
◾ 50 g albume
◾ 30 g farina integrale
Sopra ho sciolto un quadratino di cioccolato fondente 85% e dentro ho farcito con mezzo yogurt Fruyo Fage al #cocco. Sembra un Bounty caldo-freddo! Tot: circa 300 kcal.
Oggi ho allenato l' #upper e tra un circuito e un altro per inserire un po' di lavoro cardiovascolare mi sono messa a salire e scendere le scale del mio palazzo 🤣🤣 Ai vicini sarò sembrata una pazza ma almeno ho completato il mio workout con ben 30 piani a piedi salita e discesa (abito al 5 piano x 6 volte). E ora si studia 💪👊 #noexcuse
