After 8 years of not dancing regularly I can still do the splits!!! #thankyoga I really thought in class my body would not be able to do it again. There are so many poses I practice and I think I wont be able to do it. But with the proper class and teacher I see I can take on any obstacle with grace and kindess toward myself. I find my mind to be so powerful in hurting me and trying to stay away from progress and change. catching up on my workouts. had a terrible knee injury a couple weeks ago and am finally feeling back to normal. also went through some other health issues preventing me to perform my best. did a yoga refresher today, and 10 min abs. My father in law joined me in my workouts today . feel so good! Adding shakeology into my daily habits. strawberry flavored, it's sweeter than insagenix, I think when I finish my shakeology I'll switch back to insagenix. Feel good about your body!
