What's your secret to productivity?
There are days where I dedicate my entire morning to getting shit done. Those are the days where I'll cut down any activity except work to a bare minimum.
Two things that are essential for me would be:
1) Coffee Caffeine is proven to help improve energy levels and focus, which is perfect for mentally intensive task.
2) ProteinI consume a source of protein immediately upon waking to kick start muscle protein synthesis. However to minimise time spent on prepping food, I opt for a quick protein shake so I can focus my time on work. I use @myproteinmy coffee caramel or natural chocolate which goes well with my morning coffee.
In previous post, I posted about picking the essential bits and eliminating the noise, and by only having my coffee and protein shake, I'm creating more time for me to spend on work.
