I lift 5 times a week in my #garagegym with the equipment Iโ€™ve acquired taking full advantage of the #garagegymlife . Youโ€™ll notice my dedication to organization and affinity for uniformity in the color #black .
I eat mostly locally grown and harvested meats, eggs, vegetables, and dairy products from #NorCal . I donโ€™t eat 100% โ€œcleanโ€ any more or have cheat days, instead my #nutrition is more centered around #flexibledieting . I have a love affair with #powerlifting that I simply canโ€™t get away from, as #squats and #deadlifts will always be a part of my routine, but my first #love is #bodybuilding . #legday and #thepump play equal parts in my programming.
Iโ€™m constantly trying to find better ways to utilize my time to balance my #home life, work, education, and this thing we call #fitness . Iโ€™m a part of team #nofilter .

6 days later! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜ soo just repped my max! hahaha the 2nd clip was my 1st attempt! i literally told myself im not leaving the squat rack until i hit two! and BOOM! you can probably hear me saying "1 more!" i thought i wasn't gonna beanle to do because i was all in my head! but shiit! didnt let that stop me! and the same to anyone that wants to reach a certain goal fuck the negativity your head is trying to play on you! you got it!๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
