I used 1 cup almond milk, half cup heavy cream, 6 tbsp natural peanut butter, 2 scoops @evogennutrition chocolate peanut butter protein, 10g creatine monohydrate, 1 banana, 1 avocado. Breakdown: 1629 calories, 76g protein, 83g carbs, 114g fat 22g fiber.
Vegan option just drop the heavy cream and use vegan protein.
Additional things you can add for extra calories: oats, more heavy cream (821 cal per cup), oils (flaxseed, hemp, avocado, etc), and Oreos if you really want to.
Drinking your calories is the easiest way to get them for those of you that have so much trouble gaining weight. Drop the heavy cream, add some oats, and drink 2 of these during the day and your weight gain trouble should be over.
Also, remember the average person should only be consuming 5g creatine monohydrate in a day. I take more because I'm 230 lbs.
