I don’t eat 100% “clean” any more or have cheat days, instead my #nutrition is more centered around #flexibledieting . I have a love affair with #powerlifting that I simply can’t get away from, as #squats and #deadlifts will always be a part of my routine, but my first #love is #bodybuilding . #legday and #thepump play equal parts in my programming.
