⚡️At one stage of my life, being told “You’ve changed” stung. Funny enough those same 2 words now sound like a treat to my ears. If anything, my biggest fear is to be the same person in 10 years time with the same routine, lifestyle and habits. *SHUDDERS*
🌪As humans, we are meant to constantly grow, evolve and uplevel. Simply put:
❌If we aren’t moving forward, then we are moving backwards.
✅One of the most effective ways to actively change yourself is to ask yourself this simple question:
💥If I were already the person I want to become, what kind of habits would I be implementing?💥
👉🏼If you were 10 kgs lighter, would you be snacking on biscuits & binging post-dinner?
👉🏼If you were running the business of your dreams, would you be hiding behind the job you currently hate?
👉🏼If you were already the bad ass version of yourself who brims with confidence, would you beat yourself up every time you looked in the mirror?
👉🏼If you were already happy, would you be living in a state of lack & complaint?
👉🏼If you already had the job/money/relationship/baby/health, would you be playing the “Why me” card?
