Pay attention to the poses you're avoiding, and the ones you don't like.
The poses are neutral. They serve as a mirror for us to face ourselves, and to see the things we add that dilute the truth of the moment. They also show us our weaknesses.
Are you avoiding physical sensations?
Are you avoiding discomfort?
That's not wrong, unless it is... Be very clear on your why.
Is there a lesson you need to learn about yourself in this situation? Is there a way to change the angle or make it a little less intense? What baby step could you take today?
Maybe it's just raining and you need a better hat?
Shutting yourself off from a pose is just that, shutting yourself off.
