I’ve been thinking a lot about conflict this week and how we handle it in this era. Among politics and communication styles, kind words, or knowing your ‘stance’ seems to pale in comparison to what my heart pulls back to as a solution.
How do we deal with conflict?
We love harder. Fuller, wider, deeper.
We love not in spite of or in reaction to.
We love because to do so is to be true to the highest essence of our energy field.
After all, it’s love that our greatest vibration reflects and is composed of.
This can feel contradictory to the mind, which often struggles to rationalize the madness in this world, looks to labels and blame and finds fear, sadness, disgust and hatred.
Love doesn’t mean we approve [it]. It doesn’t mean we must stay quiet or still.
Love doesn’t make you weak, or naive or at risk of being violated.
In fact its love that is the greatest protector.
To love beyond and within what our human experience is undergoing is to create a boundary to all that dims this world.
It’s an act of evolution, of returning to Source, staying with a full heart for EVERY human and creature on this planet, including those that hurt you, those you love, and innocent bystanders.
Staying in the spectrum of Love is what allows a forcefield of shelter and hope in front of fear, violence, miscommunication, and devastation.
This country is insane. It’s ripple after ripple of respond and react to triggers, rather than returning to love. People are lost, the planet is a dichotomy of pain and ascension, addiction and awakenings.
I don’t ask that you stay quiet, or suggest that we don’t need a drastic political change, but I plead with you to know that you are loved by me... by hopefully many... I plead with you to find the love in your heart and send it to a stranger, to your enemies, to your loved ones, to the lost Souls hellbent on making the world hurt. Find the love, lean into it.
Share the love, let it be felt.
Be the love and love will be.
To all creatures of the Earth, my heart is with you now and always.
