This week I've been so run down and busy that I haven't wanted to go to the gym once
Work has been crazy busy and by the end of the day I'm just too fatigued and tired.
Today I really did not want to go to the gym! BUT I put my gym clothes on, and I went!!
And you know what I had probably the BEST session in a very long time I done a bit of everything but was pumped the entire time and only left as I was starting to get a bit tender It's ok to take some time off every now and then
It helps you refocus, reenergise, recover and rebuild those goals

Process picture 3, I've cut 8kg now since August (8kg in 4 months). It's mostly been through eating healthy (but not depriving yourself of all sweets and goodies because that will make you crave them more) and regular exercise. To be fair I've not been exercising as much as I should have, but I've replaced it with #parkour practice and new activities. Now bring on Christmas and bulking January! Let's put some definition on that
