This week I've been so run down and busy that I haven't wanted to go to the gym once 😓
Work has been crazy busy and by the end of the day I'm just too fatigued and tired.
Today I really did not want to go to the gym! BUT I put my gym clothes on, and I went!!
And you know what 🤔 I had probably the BEST session in a very long time 💪🏼 I done a bit of everything but was pumped the entire time and only left as I was starting to get a bit tender 😅😂 It's ok to take some time off every now and then 🙌🏼
It helps you refocus, reenergise, recover and rebuild those goals 🙏🏻
