My 1st attempt of 2hrs run without stop at Bukit Jalil Park and covers for 17km.. I had stopped checking at watch after 10km and the pace was not so good
After all a new record smashed in my running apps *the most ground I've ever covered on the run* .
To lose weight you need to burn more than you eat. ( calorie deficit). Check out this post which gives you tips that can be used every day to eat less. If you save a 100 calories a day in a week that adds up to 700 calories.
