Ever since I started my Lifestyle Journey last year, I’ve been trying to find a new way to drink my coffee I’m big on the flavored creamers, but I know there’s a lot of sugar and since I like my coffee sweet, the serving size of 2 Tbsp doesn’t cut it. Those calories were adding up. I know there are good ideas out there, and I tried a lot of them. I just didn’t love any I look forward to my coffee, so I needed to love something!! After trying a bunch of new concoctions every so often and nearly giving up, I stumbled across this idea and I’ve loved it for the past few weeks now! Coffee with @premierprotein How did I not think of this sooner!? It’s delicious and I’m getting some protein thrown in so JACKPOT!!! Since the warmer weather has arrived, it’s iced coffee season This is what I’ve been doing… I’ve been making coffee, putting them in mason jars and storing in the refrigerator. When I’m ready, I put the coffee over ice and then add ¼ cup of Premier Protein and YUMMM I love it sooooo much!!! Sometimes, if I want it a little sweeter, I’ll go over ¼ cup OR I’ll add some cinnamon! It’s delicious. If you’re like me and picky with your coffee, give this a try! I’m loving it!!!
