Workout Today - #Back and Biceps
In my favourite F2F tshirt. its like my Second skin in the Gym. So soft and comfortable. The one i wore today says Rise n Lift. Thats wat i did today

So today my last set of lat pull down was 32 kgs 12 Reps slowly regaining my strength after 8 months no workout bcoz of knee injury.

Started with consuming my maintenance calories n still losing weight which means i can add some more calories to my diet. Lunch today was CHEESE PARATHA with Greek Yogurt and Post workout meal is 2whole eggs +2 Egg Whites and 2 multigrain bread

Still has to finish 500 more calories 🙄 and i am full
