In my opinion this is what the perfect week looks like for a personal trainer.
1. 25-30 sessions.
2. 5-10 new enquiries.
3. 3-5hrs outside of sessions helping clients - meal plans, workout programmes, check ins, email, text support, etc.
4. 2-3hrs content creation - blogs, social media, videos, etc.
5. 30-60 mins per day personal development: reading, podcasts, audiobooks, etc.
6. 2-3hrs per week on a project that excites you - creating an ebook, business planning, etc.
