The real protein once ran, flew or swam, breathed, jerked in every way, maybe someone ate. Its composition is perfectly balanced by Nature itself. No powders, cocktails, pills, all sorts of pharmacies and sportspit never compare with the gifts of Nature. Remember, living beings within the framework of natural selection become a link in the food chain, filling a bunch of useful nyashes, including your body. This is natural, and therefore good. And millions of tons of protein powders and all the accompanying shnyaga exist for only one purpose: that you buy them, and as often as possible and more (like cigarettes and alcohol). The effect of all these amino acids, proteins, gains and so on, in my opinion is very controversial, and certainly temporary, and at the same time financially costly. Milk is generally a separate topic. Remember that for an adult, milk is at best useless, and for most people it is harmful and not even absorbed by the body, causing discomfort and upset stomach. Conclusions:
- milk for children;
- sports nutrition - for athletes performing on the stage;
- vanilla and strawberry cocktails for girls;
- if you are not a child, not a girl, you do not compete on Olympia and Arnold classic, you should not waste time, money and health on advertised / imposed sports nutrition and accompanying journal training schemes. I'm far from the only example of how the desired external and functional result is achieved without these "achievements" of modern "science", but in fact marketing.
