Always strive to be the best version of yourself. Growing up I knew I wanted to help others but I didn't know exactly how. I can honestly say I was pretty lost when I was in college. I went to school for nursing but probably for the wrong reasons. It was the "Filipino" thing to do and it would have been a great career but my heart just wasn't in it. Finally deciding to follow my dream and pursue coaching was probably one of the best decisions I made but had the most doubt about. So much doubt of not being a good coach or it not creating a future for me was constantly on my mind. I'm not gonna lie, it still goes through my mind from time to time but I've realized that that's what kept me pushing to be better, to continue learning and spread the knowledge I've learned. I probably wouldn't have been where I'm at today if I was too confident in my work. I believe it is that nervousness and that thought of failing that pushed me to try to be the best version of myself. I'll tell you the truth, I suck at public speaking and I'm shy, but I'm passionate. I'm passionate to overcome those obstacles for every class, every seminar, every personal session. I love what I do, and it's helped me become someone I truly wanted to be. I didn't expect to write this but sometimes you got to just express yourself and hope it motivates others!
