Vamos falar hj um pouco do exercício pull Up (popularmente conhecido como barra). Este exercício apresenta algumas variações de pegada já discutido em postagens anteriores. ✅Porém, hj iremos falar sobre outras variações. 🤔um estudo atual publicado na Journal of Human Kinetics 2017;58:5-13 comparou a três tipos de pegada durante a realização deste exercício. ☑️vamos lá: pegada tradicional x pegada com uma toalha x pegada suspensa. Os resultados do estudo NÃO mostraram diferença significativa entre os músculos: dorsais, bíceps e deltóide posterior. Por outro lado, a realização do pull up com o uso de uma toalha (e alguns treinadores utilizam o kimono do próprio atleta) apresentou MENOR recrutamento do trapézio medial quando comparado a pegada tradicional. 🤔os pesquisadores comentam que durante a fase concêntrica com a pegada tradicional ocorre a inclinação e protração da articulação escapulotorácica, consequentemente, ativação de músculos adicionais na tentativa de estabilizar e retrair a escápula durante o movimento. ☑️lembre-se estes resultados não querem dizer que você não possa realizar o movimento apenas varie os movimentos. 👍#smfitnesstraining #bodybuildingmotivation #musculação #treino #👊🏻#jiujitsu #bjj #preparadorfisico #judo #fisiologia #biomecanica #movimento #pullups #crossfit #educacaofisica - #regrann

今日は、一日中ストリートワークアウトをしました。

いつもの千波湖でガッツリやりました💪

たまには、マッスルアップではなく、プルアップを引けなくなるまでガンガン引きまくります。動画にはありませんが、やっぱりマッスルアップもやりました。

この日は、広場でラーメン祭り、ランニングコースでは駅伝大会がやっており、いつも以上に賑わっていました。

続いて、片手腕立て伏せ(段差あり)です。今年が終わるまでには床の上で出来るようになりたい。

片手逆立ちです。地面がデコボコ、木の幹だとバランス取るのが難しい。

プランシェの練習。肩が疲れきっていて身体を前に出せきれませんでした。他にもアーチャープッシュアップ、片手ぶら下がり等、たくさんやりました。

最後は、オマケ。モアナと伝説の海の登場人物であるマウイのマネ。マウイが歌いながら「凄いだろ!この肩!」とポーズを取るとこです。マウイの筋肉には負けましたが、娘たちが喜んでるので良しとします👍
