Earlier this week I was craving some sushi. So instead of going somewhere where I have no idea what is put into my food, I made my own. And it was delicious. I could control how much of everything was in each roll, and i could know exactly what was going into each roll. This is pretty important when prepping. Going out to eat even if it is something you assume is clean, is not the best idea. You don’t know what is put into your food when going out, and chances are you will be getting stuff you do not want and get extra calories. I put the following into my rolls: Salmon, seaweed, organic soy sauce with no preservatives, jasmine rice, wasabi, and avocado.
