I wanted to share this post earlier, but these week was so much hell to me..
I could not wait for this cozy Sunday in my ‘nest’, when I can finally share new post!
Today I prepared one unusual recipe, but so, so easy+tasty.. Hmm.. Who does not like this combination? 😍
Creamy choco squares👉🏼
Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.
In blender put 2 medium bananas, 1 cup of pumpkin puree (cooked and mashed pumpkin..I used 200ml cup.), then blend these 2 ingredients ’till they become compact and thick! 🍌🥄
After, in this mixture add and stir it all very good:
2 big tbsp of cacao powder, 2 big tbsp coconut flour, 2 tbsp carob powder, 4 tbsp of ground flaxseeds, 3 tbsp coconut oil and vanilla extract ( stir ‘till compact batter! )
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan put it in heated oven on about 30 mins (in the end of baking you can put heat on 200 degrees).
When choco squares are baked lift them out of the pan using the parchment paper and let it cool completely. After, cut it into squares and serve.
Sugesstion for amazing taste: leave the squares in fridge overnight, ‘cause it is much better that way! (Ofc, if you can wait untill tomorrow😂)
Store the squares in fridge.
p.s. i made it couple days ago before i took a photo, so half of them were in my stomach already.. 🤷🏼♀️
