Throwback to last Friday when I was welcomed to mr @phillearney place for our final business meeting. What a lot Iโ€™ve learnt from this guy over the past 6 months, I will be always grateful for the time heโ€™s put into helping me progress me and my business. One thing I would say in any field is find a mentor/coach they have a lot of knowledge and lessons learned that you could learn and benefit from. So the session was to get lower in a over head squat, so we got a box, lowered down in a the overhead squat position, and came back up in a back squat so you get used to that position.

Overhead squats are a brilliant tool for correcting the imbalances that lie among the hips, glutes, andย lowerย back.
In a overhead position of the bar makes much of the stability work go to the core, most predominately theย lower back.
