Bulgarian Split Squat superset with Romanian Deadlifts
All the way around! Start with lighter and finish with heavier!
Good combination for anyone hamstring dominate.
With Bulgarian Spit Squat you will use both Quads & Hamstring, with Romanian Deadlifts only hamstring.
Which means that, if you start with heavy deadlifts, you might not have enough energy for proper split squat, but if you try to do it in order above you can push yourself a little bit more!
Cable rear delts pull down superset with reverse grip bent over row
Not usual combination, but you will definitely feel your delts.
Keep those exercises in same order!

Mountain climber + Burpees with step jump
30 sec each * 8 rounds
Get that heart rate high!

Single arm cable row in superset with cable pulldown.
3 sets 15 reps+15 reps
try to use heavy weight for pulldown to really feel your lats!
Hit your back in a bit different way
Front squats on Smith Machine it's differently easier to use if you're interested to work on your technique without worrying about dropping barbell, but I wouldn't use it all the time.
Free weights, like barbell, making us use more than just legs. You will build stronger core and back, what is important to do proper leg exercises.
Different way to activate your glutes (using cable machine)
Don't try this exercise if you've got knee problems!
Keep your legs quite wide (looking like V) and squeeze your bum while you lifting up :) as many as you can, but try to use heavy weights.

I can not even begin to describe how proud I am of this woman.
She has embraced the bad ass warrior in herself. She lifts heavier than most of the guys in the gym. She is beautiful and beyond fierce. When I think back to the first session I had with her, I can not even believe how far she has come. She inspires me and many of my other clients constantly.
