Are you new to this fitness game? Keep things simple. Your journey should be goal centred, always. This doesn’t mean you have to have Olympic sized ambitions, it means giving yourself a sense of purpose and direction.
If your goal is to lose weight your immediate goal may be to get your first training session in, or eat a healthy meal. Don’t worry about making it the perfect training session or eating the perfect meal... the act of doing something will always move you further than a perfect nothing.
