Remember, no matter what fitness program you are on, it takes time and consistency to see serious change. Don’t let your ego or expectations of how you think you should be progressing to get in the way a real progress.
I’ve been loving the progress I’ve been seeing since slowing down and focusing on quality movement over quantity of weight on the bar. Still got plenty of work to do, but I’m loving each step.
