If we did all the things we are capable of, we would astound ourselves.
#LSFFitChallenge Week 1 Fit Test done! And while I have some obvious weaknesses (can't do real push ups or unassisted pull ups yet), I was actually surprised at how well I did. Considering I haven't consistently done squats in about 6 months, I was able to do 5x95lbs (PR 3x115lbs in November 2018.) Though I haven't actually ran probably close to a year, yet I can still go for about 5 minutes before needing to take a break. Where I really surprised myself was being able to plank for a whole minute! The last time I tried (obviously a while ago) I could barely make it to 30 seconds.
I'm really excited to see what kind of progress I can make in the next 8 weeks of this challenge.
