Proats are my fav meal 😍 I literally eat them once a day!! They are super easy, super nutritious, super balanced, super yummy, and super cheap! 😛 Someone asked for the recipe, so I decided I’d go ahead and post it on here... it’s nothing special, but truly my fav thing to make!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 0.5-1 scoop of protein powder (I use @myproteinus)
1️⃣ Put oats and water in a bowl
2️⃣ Cook those little guys for 60-90s
3️⃣ Stir in protein powder
4️⃣ Top with your fav items
5️⃣ DEVOUR the gains .
