I've been thinking about this little quilt a lot lately. It's called Prince (inspired by a crown, because why the hell not), and it might have been the quilt that started it all. Once I designed it, I was like, "this is it, this is my style." And everything I've designed since then has been fairly minimal, featuring big, bold shapes, angles, lots of negative space, sometimes double-sided, etc. I love this quilt because of how simple it looks and how much it challenged me in my design and construction skills (honestly, getting those triangles right was one of the hardest things I've ever done). But the result is so worth it. Every time I see this quilt I feel like I can do anything.
Anyway, I've uploaded a standalone pattern for Prince (which includes patterns for both sides), and it is included in Inheritance as well. You can purchase both on my website (link in profile) if you want to try your hand at some really big HRTs and find your inner royal as well. #inheritancequilts
