Ho ho ho – Statt Plätzchen und Mandarinen bringt der Nikolaus heute ein leckeres Quinoa-Flocken-Brot. 🍞 Das Walnussöl verleiht dem Brot ein nussiges und gleichzeitig leicht süßliches Aroma.

Wir wünschen euch einen frohen Nikolaus 🎅
. •70g BioGourmet Quinoa-Flocken
•45g BioGourmet Leinsamen, gehackt
•3 EL BioGourmet Salatkerne Mix klassisch
•1 EL Chia Samen
•3 EL Flohsamenschalen (2 EL, wenn sie pulverisiert sind)
•Eine Handvoll Walnüsse
•1/2 TL Meersalz
•1,5 EL BioGourmet Walnussöl
•180ml (warmes) Wasser
•1 TL Honig

Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und gut verrühren. In eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte kleine Backform geben und gut andrücken. Mindestens 2 Stunden stehen lassen.

Den Ofen auf 175°C vorheizen und das Brot in der Form ca. 30 min backen. Das Brot vorsichtig aus der Form stürzen und umgedreht auf dem Backpapier weitere 20-30 min backen.

Danach aus dem Ofen nehmen und vollständig auskühlen lassen.

Am besten schmeckt es, wenn man die einzelnen Scheiben noch einmal toastet, so kommt das nussige Aroma besonders gut zum Tragen.

Broccoli + Sausage + Quinoa Skillet.
Prepare in 20 minutes: #delicious, #nutritious, compeletely balanced #dinner.

INGREDIENTS (Servings 4):
• 1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil.
• 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced.
• 1 large fresh broccoli head, chopped small (about 4-5 cups florets).
• 1.5 lbs. nitrate-free turkey sausage, sliced bite-size.
• 1 cup organic sweet corn, fresh or frozen.
• 2 cups cooked quinoa.
• 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes.
• Sea salt and pepper to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large skillet over medium- high heat, add the oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
2. Add the broccoli, sun- dried tomatoes and sausage and cook, stirring constantly for about 7-8 minutes.
3. Add in the corn and cooked quinoa. Stir to combine, and heat - about 3 additional minutes.
4. Season with sea salt and pepper to your taste, enjoy warm!

💪 Pour un buddha bowl vraiment parfait, privilégiez le bio, les légumes de saison, gardez au moins 1/3 de crudités et préférez les céréales complètes aux céréales raffinées (ces dernières sont plus riches en fibres et en nutriments et ont un indice glycémique plus bas).
