Someone asked me my opinion about a fad diet yesterday, if I thought it would work. "Sure it will work" I said "if you stick with it" That's always the kicker, isn't it? So many people jump on fad diets for a quick fix, see a little bit of progress, go back to their old ways, and wonder what happened?? "Why didn't it work??"
So many ways will "work" for fat loss, some of them quicker than others, but it doesn't need to be about what will work, it needs to be about what is best for you, your body, your health, your energy, your cells, your focus.
