At one point in our life we have been deceived into believing the food pyramid is correct, dairy is good and a great source of calcium needed for strong bones, meat is the best source of protein, fish is healthy because it provides omega 3, eggs are highly nutritious, honey is a healthy and natural sweetener, we need 10 servings of highly toxic & processed complex carbs a day, taking multivitamins is a must and that we are omnivores. The truth is we are frugivores and we don't need 3 meals a day nor need to label our meals as breakfast, lunch and dinner. These are marketing tools which actually get and keep us sick. Stuffing your face at 7:00 am with toxic acidifying break-fast because they told you breakfast is the most important meal of the day and needs to be substantial, despite not being hungry (because that’s how your natural circadian rhythm works) & wash it all down with double size of acidic stimulant called coffee which is the reason you have adrenal fatigue, irritability and deal with the inability to have regular bowl movements. Our bodies are not designed to eat many times a day for the rest of our lives. But instead we should eat when TRULY HUNGRY and eat real food that supports our 30 trillion human cells and roughly 40 trillion bacterial cells. Look around you and tell me how can you trust and believe disgraceful nutritional information provided by our government and ill-informed nutritionists. If they honestly knew what they were talking about we wouldn't have so many diseases, and yet we are surrounded by sick individuals. Sick individuals the medical and pharmaceutical industries backed by our governments are draining and using for financial profit. Look around you and tell me if this is acceptable. .
