Deets: CRUST 1 cup soaked almonds, 1 cup soaked dates, 1/3 cup coconut flakes. Blend in food processor. Pat into a dish with parchment paper (or I used coconut oil). Put into freezer for 15 min.
FILLING 1.5 cups soaked cashews, 2/3 cup @co_yo_usa coconut yogurt, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbl lemon zest, pinch sea salt. Blend til smooth. Pour over crust. Put back into freezer for 30 min to set.
