We did it! 🤩 My longest #juicecleanse ever. It was incredibly difficult. Between lunch meetings and apple crumble 🥧 and the chocolate bar 🍫 in my kospakkie that I gave away - saying NO was so difficult but I don’t regret it. I feel so clean! When I looked at myself in the mirror, I was like, ‘Hello sexy! Why you been hiding?’
Now for the results!

I’m now 1 kg away from my pre-festive holiday weight! So proud of myself. And super excited for my god-mother’s mince curry roti today 🌯😍
Tracking my progress like this keeps me accountable to myself. Trying to reach a goal isn’t always easy. Some will think it’s silly. You’ll be told, ‘But you look fine’. I promised myself I’d love my body more and test the limits of my capabilities. Thank you to everyone who continue to encourage and support me in this emotional rollercoaster towards body confidence.
