Warm chicken salad - perfect for these winter months!

Who generally doesn’t crave salads in winter?♀️They’re however, a fast way to add nutrients to your meal and they’re also real quick and easy to prepare. My trick is to add warming healthy foods into my salads that give me comfort in these cooler months.
I love my baked sweet potato so here I have heated and added the potato (cooked in olive oil, dill, lemon rind, lemon and @herbamare herb mix), cooked capsicum, onion and snacking tomatoes, warm chicken (marinated in @izhiman chicken tagine spice mix , olive oil and @herbamare herb mix), pomegranates, lettuce, parsley, fennel, radish and lemon and olive oil with sea salt as the dressing
You can cook a variety of foods to make your salads more flavoursome in winter such as asparagus, nuts, zucchini, halloumi, goat cheese etc.
