Venturing into week two of my New program 80 day obession.. I'm obession of ting care of me, eating clean unprocessed food. And moving my body daily.
I fid when I do all these things I function so much better. I'm more able and willing to take care of my family and serve others as well.. So you have to get it right in the kitchen , to be able to see changes. Eating clean doesn't have to be boring, find foods you love to eat and prepare them ypurself. So many yummy recipes to choose from.. Tomorrow I'll bake sweet potatoes and make quinoa, I prepare my veggies daily.. I'm ready for a successful week two. Nutrition is my week point, so when u prepare, I tend to stick to the meal plan.. See ya tomorrow, God's willing!!
