When salsa is cardio! Finally a night of dancing after working hard with clients and being mummy- time to let my (straightened) hair down, put my salsa shoes on (literally, they have smooth soles making it easier to dance) and wiggle my hips!! What are you all up to on this fine Saturday evening?
