I've always been one to let that number on the scale get to my head.
Ever since I started this journey to get down to whatever my goal weight was at the time, every time I got on that scale I was either extremely happy with the number I saw or absolutely demolished mentally.
No matter what that number said, whether it was good or bad, I always seemed to sabotage myself. I would be down in weight, I'd celebrate and eat something "I earned." If I was up in weight I would be upset and eat.
Ever since signing up for @macrolabnutrition and weighing in daily I told myself that I would no longer let that number on the scale dictate my mood or what I would eat.
Its a mental game, you determine whether you win or if you let the scale win.
