What happens is that you must have reminders all around you. I call it your happy list. Always document the times when you actually did feel #ontopoftheworld
When you were your #best when you were full of #laughter#joyous and in a place of #appreciation simply for #life itself.
Things are always changing an no one is exempt to the #sudden#challenges that life may present. There will always be disappointments and there will be things that will bring your energy down. #lifehappens but just #remember to remember.
Through life and all of its variations....know that it’s all good...it’s just #energy passing through. So just return to your list and constantly document the #goodtimes note your #feelgood and remember it as if it were current in that very moment.
