Recipe; chop 5 zucchini (no need to peel!! Fiber!!), add to sautee pan with olive oil. Here’s where it gets WILD. Add 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs chili powder, 1 tbs cumin, 4 cloves chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon cinnamon (YES. Adds a wonderful warmth), sprinkle of cayenne (this is hot as heck), 1 tbs paprika. Juice 1 lime. Mix and sautee on medium for 15 mins. Then you’re ready to eat 100 tacos BAM!
