I need to get better at time keeping. There’s so much I need to do and so much more I want to do but here I am laying in bed staring at my posters thinking about those things rather than doing them. Also, I’m hungry.
Please ignore my dumb face. Back in the gym today for the first time in over a week. Hit 3 PR’s. I altered my 5x5 into a 3x5 to give myself a little break.
Oh also, I forgot to add that I’m down 12 pounds also. So that’s sick.
