HOW TO MAKE IT
- Crumble: 20g pistachios, 10g almonds, 10g hazelnuts, 50g sugar, 25g Demerara, 75g butter, 100g flour (this makes a ton, but it keeps in the fridge!)
- Bag of pitted cherries, plum, 1T passionfruit, 1 stalk rhubarb - cut into bite size chunks
- Lemon juice, pomagranate molasses, 1T sugar, tapioca flour
