What’s up it’s Howell @howellaaa here taking over Yoga Masala’s instagram for #teacherfeature !!! I am stoked to be teaching for Masala I practiced Yoga for a few years before I decided to travel to India to do my 200 hour teacher training in 2016! I left with the intention of finding a training that would go beyond the asana..where I would dive deep into the spiritual practice. Wow , there are few words to describe how incredible this experience was... I definitely found what I was looking for and studied at Sattva yoga in #Rishikesh @sattvayogaacademy It completely transformed my life in such a positive way!!! Sattva is an integrative practice that combines asana, kriya, pranayama, mantra, wisdom and meditation to create a transformational experience. I always like to say that you should allow the meaning of your practice to simply be the experience of it! I traveled to Sattva again for my 300hr training a year after my first trip and also just recently got back from another trip there this year I loveee India so much I believe that traveling is one of the most powerful things you can do ...there is sooo much to see and experience out there in the world...I will definitely continue to travel throughout my life , and will definitely keep returning back to India as it has become hOMe to me! Yoga is more than just a series of poses to me...it is my daily spiritual practice and is a way to live FULLY! Yoga opens you up to the possibility of life, to quit living life in the waiting room and to experience each moment fully. My intention is to share this passion and positive energy with you all!
