Day 17 - LEGS!

For Coach BY, it wasn’t pretty - but the progress is undeniable. Back pain is virtually gone, just a matter of getting my hip to stabilize and fix my chronic imbalances. Pain comes and goes and shifts throughout my posterior chain. Last week I had to quit squats after 1st set - hip just wasn’t having any part of it. Been working on hip mobility for a week straight, and was able to get quality ROM no problem. I’ve basically ruled out narrow stance squats because my hip just catches every time and it can be painful. Wide stance, focusing on deep stretching seems to be tolerable - and this SSB Bar helps incredibly with my condition. My hips are just weak as shit and ultimately lack flexibility. I’ve used all of this as an excuse for too long - but honestly if I want to compete in classic physique the judges won’t give a fuck about my hip 🤕 #RoadToRecovery #RoadToTheStage #OnAMission #TheseLegsWillGrow
