Often times during my workouts there’s an audience - our 2 dogs and my husband in the background yelling “this is not a 19 minute workout” when I pause to breathe or take a sip of water. Yes, sometimes I pause. This 20 minute workout challenges me to my core, mentally and physically. But that’s what I really love and appreciate about it. It pushes me. I can’t even tell you the depths of my gratitude ❤️ So let me “pause” there. Get it? Lol The story in this photo is this. I’m looking to help 2 others in their fitness journey this month. Uh huh. In the comfort of their own home. Whether you’re just starting, recommitting, or are already active in a gym. These workout challenges are a great addition to that! As I shared before, my plan/intention is to complete this 6-weeks, then spend some time at the gym before my next in-home challenge. This is a personal investment. Are you ready?
