* D A Y • 1 0 * Almost half way though the @yourgoodskin#28daychallenge and I am loving the products...here is my favourite The balancing skin concentrate has left my skin the softest it's ever felt and as a bonus it smells lush! I still have my problem areas at the moment but have noticed a difference in how long the spots are sticking around for which I can't complain about
Today I also started to make weekly planners to make myself feel more organised. I've included simple things of what I need to do each day, plus an added to do list for throughout the week. Other things that I thought were useful for me to put into my plan was a meal planner and my weekly expenditures as I am a student and think managing my budget whilst still being healthy is very important. I've also included a medication section, along with trackers for how much water I drink and how much sleep I get. The sleep graph I decided was especially important due to rarely not getting enough sleep at the moment and noticing the impact that it is having on my mood and day to day life. I also write the weather forecast for each day so I can be dressed prepared for the wintery days ahead!
To clarify... When I say my laundry is done that means I've done the designated load of the day. It doesn't mean every item of clothing in my house is clean. As you see in my hamper there's plenty of dirty clothes and towels. All of those dirty items have a designated day to be washed. The bath towels are load #1 on Sunday. The kitchen towels are load #2 on Sunday. The dark tops will be washed Monday. The whites will be washed Tuesday. On Wednesday load #1 is reds and load #2 is lights. There will be a load of dark bottoms on Thursday. The uniforms and jeans on Friday. And back to Saturday for sheets.
So even though everything is never clean all at once, because that is impossible, everything does have a day and if I stay on schedule I'm never behind.

What a great workout week. Cycled 3 times @cyclebar_mtpleasant (such a motivating workout - can highly recommend the classes), went for 2X 3 mile runs and participated in Yoga 🧘♂️. Feeling really good about my athletic accomplishments this week while getting ready for Christmas ! Isn’t Christmas such a wonderful time of the year? Can’t wait to spend this very special time with my parents in law and the whole family in the USA ! Wish all of you a great weekend, work hard towards your goals and if you still have to buy some Christmas gifts good luck in finding them ( I still have to get some myself )...
