I can chill harder than you party ⛄️ to which will be here all too soon again! Today is cross day! As I have moved further into endurance sports, my focus has shifted away from mileage and speed and more onto moving time. I find this has helped me tremendously on the trail and keeps that voice quiet during training worrying about not running far enough, fast enough. I can outlast many. 😂 today’s goal—5 hours.
