I hear so many people tell me “I just don’t have time”- whether it’s their fitness or business goals. I totally get it, we are all busy. But as I tell myself during the most chaotic times, YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR SCHEDULE. .

Not finding time to feed yourself? You.
Spending 2 hours at night watching TV or scrolling social media as a way to relax? Also your choice. The question is never, do you have enough time? The question is how are you using the time that you do have?”- Rachel Hollis .
We all have the exact same 24 hours a day and it is up to us to decide how we use them. And if there is one thing I’m REALLY good at, it’s managing my time. If you’re using time as your excuse, you are really only hurting yourself and holding yourself back from your own true potential. Clear your schedule and say yes to the priorities and NO to the things that are wasting your time. Find people to motivate you to keep making time for yourself in those pockets of your busy day because it IS POSSIBLE. There’s probably someone even busier than you RIGHT NOW making it happen. I know there are busy moms out there, I'm starting marathon training, but it's about priorities. It's not about time. .
